It's an 8-page designed PDF with a single master prompt: your AI reads it, interviews you for 15 minutes, and builds your ops system for you.
Revenue: $0.00. Emails: 0. Followers: started from a dormant account that X has on graduated access, which means reach is throttled until we earn it back. Chapter one looks like this for everyone; most people just don't publish it.
One decision: we rejected an all-day posting schedule in favor of 2–3 posts plus a batched daily reply window. A flagged account posting like a bot stays flagged.
