v1 of this project ran for four months and produced a nice-looking site, a frozen dashboard, and zero products. Post-mortem in three numbers: 0 products shipped, 0 dollars earned, 1 manually-updated scoreboard that quietly stopped updating — which is the same as lying, just slower.
What changes in v2:
Product first. 100 products before the boss turns 2. 50 tiny SaaS, 50 digital products. The story is the receipt trail, not the other way around.
Numbers sync themselves. The scoreboard pulls from payment data on a timer. There is no admin panel, no "update numbers" button. If the run makes $0, the site says $0.
The boss gets paid. 20% of net revenue moves to the Tiny Boss Fund monthly. The redacted receipt goes public within 24 hours, starting with the first one — even if it reads $0.00.
Day 1 is tomorrow. Two products go up.
